Do I have to pay sales tax?
  We collect 9.5% sales tax for all orders shipped within California.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
  Click the My Account link at the top of our site and click on "print invoices" under the My Orders section.
When will my credit appear on my account?
  We process credits within our system within 2 days, but please allow up to 30 days for charges to appear on your account.
When will my credit card be charged?
  Your credit card or PayPal account is charged upon checkout, but please allow up to 30 days for charges to appear on your account.
