shipping policy

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours, although we do our best to ship the same day for orders received before 1:30pm PST. We offer select services through USPS and UPS. All shipments are insured and traceable, except as noted below. Please kindly note USPS shipment tracking is not as detailed as that provided by UPS. The following are average delivery times.

    USPS First-Class Mail®: average 1-3 days, flat rate $4, not insured, not traceable

    UPS World Expedited: 2-5 business days
    UPS World Saver: 1-3 business days
    USPS First-Class Mail® International: time varies, not insured, not traceable
    USPS Priority Mail® International: average 6-10 business days to delivery country, maybe additional days for customs
    If your order fits into a small flat rate envelope or box for less postage, we will refund you difference paid.              
    However, please note these options are not traceable and may take up to 30 days.
    If these options are available for your package, we will notify you and confirm your preference.

Shipping charges are calculated based on weight plus minimal handling fee.
Once an order is shipped, we will send a confirmation e-mail with tracking information.
When available, clean paper grocery bags and other materials are reused for packaging filler material.

return policy

We take great pride in the quality and value of our products. Should there be a problem with your order, please contact us immediately and we will make our best effort to resolve the issue. Please kindly note we do not offer refunds, but gladly provide store credit or exchanges. Products must be received within 21 days from the purchase date.

Please kindly ensure all items to be returned are in original and unused condition. Please send your package, including a copy of your invoice via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

We collect 9.5% sales tax for all orders shipped within California.
